Our sailing school offers certified Learn to Sail courses for both adult and youth students in a fun and exciting environment with boats and all necessary sailing and safety equipment provided. Class sizes are optimized for learning with no more than 10 students per instructor.
Available only to new students that have not previously been registered in a course at the school. Limit of one discount on a single course registration per new student. Fanshawe Yacht Club (FYC) is located on the shores of Fanshawe Lake in London, Ontario, Canada.
The boats in the club range in size from small dinghies to 26 feet. The club offers recreational sailing, as well as informal racing for club regattas and regattas open to non-club members.
The FYC Sailing School has programs for both youth and adults to learn sailing. Summer camps are available during the day, as well as evening courses for adults.
Our most active racing fleets include Laser, Laser Radial, Wayfarer, CS-22, Y-Flyer, and open cruising classes.
